Hi I just got a 3 month old potbelly pig. She falls on her side alot when she is playing. My vet said that this is normal. Has this happened to anyone?

hi, Is this when you are playing with her or when playing alone? If its when your playing with her its becuase she wants a tummy rub. If its when shes playing alone then i would get a second opinion

Don't worry.. my pig did the same thing when he was little. He'd get to running really fast and then just lay down and "slide". Funny as heck to see!

I wouldn't worry about it so long as your pig gets back up and is normal afterwards!

I got 2 piglets and bottle fed them. Whenever my hand got near there belly when I was playing with them they would flop down and practicly beg to have there bellys scratched. Thats probaly what your piglet wants.
