Help! New pigs! Pregnant Pig!

Hi! My name is Jill and we just um, saved/adopted/bought 2 adult pot belly pigs. They were advertised in a local magazine and I just had a feeling bouth them. Well, when we went to look at them they were in a barn with no running water, the winds whipping through it, and oh yeah-momma pig is very pregnant(no heat and the farmer looked in the pen and said "nope, she hasn't had them yet-hadn't checked in a couple of days") Needless to say we brought them home with us. Then dad got loose and we spent 2 days tracking him through a blizzard and finally caught him with the help of animal control and sheer determination. Wel, anyway-they are both settling in now in a warm shed with 2 heat lamps on. Eating and drinking well. Peeing and pooping well too! I have divided the shed with a board and they have wood shaving on 1 side(which seems to have become their dining room and bathroom) and lots of fresh straw on the other side (bedroom). They are very happy together and talk to each other a lot. Mom will talk back with us if we oink at her (very sweet I must say) but dad doesn't yet. We can not pat them as they are very scared-the farmer we got them from said that they were starved in the past. Their weight is actually very good all things considered. Dad was very aggressive after we caught him after being loose for 2 days but has not shown any sign of aggression now that he has shelter, food, water, and his lady friend back. Momma's belly is almost touching the floor she is so big with babies. I have no idea when she got pregnant so no way to tell how much longer she has. I know that this is her 3rd litter-she had 3 babies in her first litter and 5 in her second. I am guessing that she had no help with either of these liters because the farmer I got her from had her then too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what to do to help mama. I know that he did not seperate them when she had her babies before. I don't dare to seperate them now for all that they have been through. Thanks for any help/advice you can give. PS-I am a labor and delivery nurse(I know kinda meant to be)so I have some idea of the delivery process but no idea about piggies! have read a lot of books though!

I've heard that on about day 80 during pregnancy, momma's udders will start swelling with milk.
The gestation should be around day 112 from conception!
I would also seperate momma from the male when she delivers and then keep the piglets and momma in a warm area.
The piglets will need an iron shot or supplement in their first few days as well.
Make sure they have plenty of straw/hay for bedding. Momma will chew it into a softer bedding for her babies.
If you are there when she delivers, make sure momma don't accidently mash a baby and their breathing/airways are clear.
Once the birthing is over, (the afterbirth stuff will come out last when she's done), momma should settle down and want to nurse her babies!

The pig should be just fine but you might want to find a pig book somewhere that tells you what to do if your pig starts to have problems. Also pigs usually have alot of babies so they can't keep track of them all and very often pigs will accidently lay on there babies and crush them, you might want to keep a close eye on her after she has them and give her plenty of room to move around so she is not forced to lay on them.
